You will enjoy all the peace and comfort you need to focus on your studies, while when you feel the need for a little free time there are plenty of communal areas within the building where you can relax with your new friends.
All your bills are included in your rent, meaning water, electricity and internet access are all taken care of for the duration of your contract.
Additionally, all Pure Student Living accommodation provides a gymnasium, laundry room, bike store and postal service for you to use throughout your stay, and the property is also patrolled by 24-hour security staff.
Booking your accommodation
Once you've provided us with your academic year and email address, it's simply a matter of browsing the available rooms and choosing your favourite. This room is then confirmed with a £400 deposit, which we will return to you when you leave the property.
At this stage you can also select how you would like to pay your rent. A popular option is to spread the amount over three payments during the year, with one taken two weeks prior to your arrival, a second instalment in January and the rest in April. Alternatively, you can pay the whole lot in one go.
If you'd prefer to have a look for yourself before committing to a decision, you can arrange viewings for you and your family, where you can visit the property and ask our staff any questions you may have.
