If you're a student looking forward to arriving in London to embark upon your university degree, student accommodation is just one of the many things you will be trying to sort out before you arrive.

Pure Bankside's superb south London location offers the ideal base for students at a whole host of London universities, with King's College,London South Bank University and London School of Economics just some of the many highly regarded institutions found within easy reach of the accommodation.

Set on the banks of the River Thames, residents can stroll along here and take in views of famous London landmarks such as Tower Bridge and the Houses of Parliament. If the weather is fine, you may wish to head over to the north side of the river on foot and explore London in your free time, while students are afforded discounted rates on the London Underground and bus network.

Your Pure Bankside room

Pure Student Living offers stylish, contemporary accommodation for students at any London university, with a choice of studio rooms for those who wish to have everything to hand, or study rooms that allow you to mingle with your fellow residents in shared living and kitchen areas.

You will enjoy all the peace and comfort you need to focus on your studies, while when you feel the need for a little free time there are plenty of communal areas within the building where you can relax with your new friends.

All your bills are included in your rent, meaning water, electricity and internet access are all taken care of for the duration of your contract.

Additionally, all Pure Student Living accommodation provides a gymnasium, laundry room, bike store and postal service for you to use throughout your stay, and the property is also patrolled by 24-hour security staff.

Booking your accommodation

If you're keen to secure a place in Pure Bankside's South London student accommodation, or our halls in West London and Islington, booking your room couldn't be easier.

Once you've provided us with your academic year and email address, it's simply a matter of browsing the available rooms and choosing your favourite. This room is then confirmed with a £400 deposit, which we will return to you when you leave the property.

At this stage you can also select how you would like to pay your rent. A popular option is to spread the amount over three payments during the year, with one taken two weeks prior to your arrival, a second instalment in January and the rest in April. Alternatively, you can pay the whole lot in one go.

If you'd prefer to have a look for yourself before committing to a decision, you can arrange viewings for you and your family, where you can visit the property and ask our staff any questions you may have.
