Terms & Conditions

In order to book accommodation with us

You must be at least 18 years old on the on the day of submitting your booking request and a full time student enrolled in a university or college in London. A form of our standard tenancy agreement can be read online before you make your booking request here.

When you book with us you will be required to pay a booking fee of £250.  When you check in, this booking fee will be retained by us as a damage deposit and will be refunded to you at the end of your stay provided that there is no damage to your room and there are no outstanding payments (deposits will be refunded within 30 working days of contract end date).

On receipt of your booking request and booking fee you will receive from us an email either accepting or (if we do not have any availability) declining your booking request.  If we are unable to accept your booking request we will refund your booking fee in full.

Payment options

You will have two options for your payments; payment in three installments i possible if you have a UK guarantor. Alternatively you will need to pay in full 10 days before arrival. For semester stays we request full payment in advance.

Please be aware that students are required to pay for all bank charges for BACS. Payments by credit cards or international debit cards may carry an additional fee.

We have significant availability over the summer months of July and August for group allocations for a minimum stay of 4 weeks. Contact the site you are interested in for more information.
